Your writing stays personal.

• Account information, such as your name, email address, profile image, and authentication session details.
• User-authored writing, including journal entries and any reflections you choose to save.
• Generated materials, such as reports, patterns, chains, tags, and preferences connected to your account.
• Operational data, such as device/browser metadata, error reports, route-level analytics, and timestamps needed to run and secure the service.

• To provide the app, save your entries, and show your reports and pattern history.
• To process your writing with AI systems for the specific features you request or enable.
• To maintain security, prevent abuse, debug failures, and understand whether core flows are working.
• To respond to support requests and account or privacy questions.

Wellcrow may send the text needed for analysis to AI infrastructure providers so they can return reports, pattern detections, or related outputs. We do not sell your writing, publish it, or use it to train Wellcrow models.

Wellcrow may collect product analytics and error diagnostics to understand reliability and usage. Analytics events should describe app behavior, not the private contents of your entries.

Your account data is kept while your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You can request account deletion or data help through support@wellcrow.app.

If this policy changes materially, the updated page will include a new effective date. Continued use of Wellcrow after changes means the updated policy applies.
